1. Nature of Digital Goods

Since GPLCOME offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (WordPress plugins, themes, scripts), all purchases provide immediate download access. Due to this digital nature, standard physical returns are not applicable once files are downloaded.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

We will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund under the following conditions:

• Corrupt / Broken File: If the downloaded ZIP file is corrupt and our technical team is unable to provide a functional replacement within 24 hours.
• Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order due to a network glitch.
• File Not Delivered: If your order was approved but the download link was not generated or accessible.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not granted in cases of "change of mind", lack of expertise in WordPress configuration, or assuming that third-party proprietary author cloud API keys are included with GPL files.
